Speedy Shipping & Returns
We ship discretely through the USPS using First Class for small orders of a tin or two, and Priority Mail for larger orders.
We've added a USPS Priority Mail Express Service as an upgrade. The Express shipping is $29, and it will arrive in 1-4 days depending on your location and proximity to an urban center. IT IS NOT NECESSARILY OVERNIGHT.
We are realistic about our same-day policy and because of this we have a 3pm cut off. Sometimes a few orders sneak through, if our pick up hasn't occurred. Order after 3pm and you're most likely guaranteed for tomorrow.
We obviously try to accommodate every single customer and as many of you know, we usually are able to ship right up to the wire.
We can't take returns on open packages. Unopened packages may be returned or exchanged, but please call or email ahead.
